S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul S.V.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimații O.P. SA, Cabinet N.C., BEJA B.C. și S.D., UNEJ - Casa de Asigurări a Executorilor Judecătorești.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 7 septembrie 2012.
