S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul M.P.G.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Teleorman.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 26 septembrie 2012.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.
