S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta B.L.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimații Comisia județeană Suceava pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor, Comisia comunală de fond funciar Baia, Comisia comunală de fond funciar Rașca, Direcția Silvică Suceava, S.D.D. și S.D.A.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 17 mai 2012.
