S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta M.E. privind strămutarea pricinii care face obiectul Dosarului nr. 8887/314/2012 al Curții de Apel Suceava.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta M.E., reprezentată de mandatar V.C. și de avocat O.X., lipsind intimatele A.S.G. și A.A.L.

Ministerul Public - Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție este reprezentat de procurorul de ședință Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
