S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta G.E., prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 4735/110/2013 al Curții de Apel Bacău, secția I civilă.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimata Curtea de Apel Bacău.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V., procuror în cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Î.C.C.J.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit E. - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere are termen la data de 16 aprilie 2014.
