S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 18336/197/2010* al Judecătoriei Brașov, formulată de petentul B.G.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petentul personal, lipsă fiind intimații Asociația de Proprietari Postăvarul și B.I.R.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 30 mai 2012.
