S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 2214/177/2010 al Curții de Apel Oradea, formulată de petentul M.D.A.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimații A.D.V., M.D.R. și Biroul Executorului Judecătoresc N.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 31 martie 2014.
