S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenții T.I. și I.T. prin care s-a solicitat strămutarea Dosarului nr. 4760/85/2013 al Tribunalului Sibiu.

La apelul nominal au lipsit părțile, petenții T.I. și I.T., precum și intimații D.E., T.A., T.E., S.A., T.D., T.N. jr.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procurorul de ședință Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 16 ianuarie 2014.
