S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții V.M.M. și V.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții V.M.M., V.S. și intimatul Inspectoratul de Poliție Județean Olt.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea nu este legal timbrată.
