S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC I.L.R. IFN SA.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta SC I.L.R. IFN SA și intimata M.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție,

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea este legal timbrată.
