S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul P.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimata P.F.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 10773/280/2012 al Curții de Apel Pitești, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 23 ianuarie 2014. La data de 27 noiembrie 2013, în termen legal, intimata a depus întâmpinare, prin care a solicitat respingerea cererii.
