S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul C.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații C.R. și C.M.C.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 9632/193/2009* al Tribunalului Botoșani, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la 2 decembrie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
