S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul S.E.N.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul personal, lipsind intimații Cabinet avocat B.Gh., Gh.B. și B.R.Y.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3427/315/2010* al Tribunalului Dâmbovița, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la 29 noiembrie 2013.
