S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta B.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta B.S., intimatul B.Ș.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata dosarului ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare, a fost suspendată prin rezoluție a președintelui secției I civile a ICCJ la data de 21 noiembrie 2013.
