S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul P.M.

La apelul nominal se constată lipsa petentului și a intimaților C.C.E., B.L., Regia Autonomă pentru Exploatarea Domeniului Public și Privat Constanța.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3168/212/2011 al Curții de Apel Constanța, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 27 noiembrie 2013.
