S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții M.V., M.G.

La apelul nominal se constată lipsa petenților și a intimaților S.Gh. (zis P.), F.O., C.M., C.P.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1960/237/2011 al Tribunalului Suceava, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat prin Decizia 2324 la 22 octombrie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
