S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul S.N. prin care s-a solicitat strămutarea Dosarului nr. 4776/1748/2010* al Judecătoriei Cornetu.

La apelul nominal au lipsit părțile, petentul S.N. și intimatele SC F.P.T. SRL reprezentată de lichidator judiciar AMD G.E. SRL, Asociația pentru Apărarea Libertăților Publice și Asociația Antibirocrația.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procurorul de ședință Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 19 noiembrie 2013.
