S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul D.C.D. prin care s-a solicitat strămutarea Dosarului nr. 21628/271/2012 al Judecătoriei Oradea.

La apelul nominal au lipsit părțile, petentul D.C.D. și intimații P.M.M. și D.R.F.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procurorul de ședință Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 14 noiembrie 2013.
