S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta R.L.C. SA, prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 1308/54/2013 al Curții de Apel Craiova.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petenta R.L.C. SA prin avocat L.M., lipsind intimații Orașul Turceni prin Primar G.D. și Consiliul Local Turceni prin primar G.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V., procuror în cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă ICCJ.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
