S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta E.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta E.S. și intimatul C.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1719/311/2013 al Tribunalului Olt, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 16 septembrie 2013.
