S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții B.I., P.V.D., S.V., B.D., P.I., P.M., Ș.N., P.I. și N.C.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimatul Ministerul Public - Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție, prin consilier juridic M.C., lipsă fiind petenții și intimatul Statul Român prin Ministerul Finanțelor Publice.
