S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul C.N.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimatul O.V.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 553/57/2013 al Curții de Apel Alba Iulia, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 8 noiembrie 2013.

Procurorul de ședință solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
