S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta Ș.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimații Ș.A.F., Ș.E., Ș.D., Ș.C., Ș.E., Ș.C., Ș.Ș., Ș.T. și Primăria Comunei Poduri.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
