S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta M.V.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimații R.D. și R.G.C.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 3 octombrie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
