S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul C.F.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petentul reprezentat de avocat L.F., lipsă fiind intimații C.C., R.L., l.P., Comisia Locală de aplicare a legii fondului funciar și Comisia Județeană Olt de aplicare a legii fondului funciar.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 6 noiembrie 2013.
