S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta B.E.

La apelul nominal a răspuns intimata Comisia Locală de fond funciar a orașului Rovinari reprezentată de consilier juridic Ș.Gh.C., lipsă fiind petenta și intimatele Comisia Locală de fond funciar a comunei Fărcășești și Comisia Județeană Gorj de fond funciar.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 25 octombrie 2013.
