S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul D.P.I.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petentul personal, lipsă fiind intimații D.D., P.C. și Birou Executor Judecătoresc P.C.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 12 noiembrie 2013.
