S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta R.L.C. SA.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta R.L.C. SA și intimații Orașul Turceni prin Primar și Consiliul local Turceni.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.
