S~a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul G.C. prin care s-a solicitat strămutarea Dosarului nr. 1532/274/2012 al Judecătoriei Orșova.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentui G.C. și intimata S.V.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procurorul de ședință Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat îa data de 16 decembrie 2013.
