S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 10120/311/2032 al Tribunalului Olt formulată de petentul E.M.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petentul E.M. și intimatul E.R.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 11 februarie 2014.

La data de 05 februarie 2014 petentul E.M. a depus la dosar, prin fax, note de ședință.
