S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul R.Ș.C.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul R.Ș.C. și intimata P.A., lipsind intimatele Primăria Municipiului Râmnicu-Vâlcea - Autoritatea Tutelară și Autoritatea Tutelară a Sectorului 3 București.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.
