S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta S.L.

La apelul nominal nu se prezintă petenta S.L., lipsind și intimații Comuna Valea Nucarilor prin Primar, Primarul comunei Valea Nucarilor și Consiliul Local al comunei Valea Nucarilor.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Cererea de strămutare a fost legal timbrată.
