S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții D.E., D.S., A.V. și J.N.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimata M.A. prin avocat L.L., lipsă fiind petenții D.E., D.S., A.V. și J.N. și intimatul D.S.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul-asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2032/233/2010 al Curții de Apel Galați a fost soluționat la data de 20 decembrie 2011.
