S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții B.C., B.G. și B.A.M.

La apelul nominal, lipsesc petenții B.C., B.G. și B.A.M. și intimații P.V. și T.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul-asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 11127/288/2010 al Curții de Apel Pitești are termen la data de 11 mai 2012.
