S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul V.M.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimatul V.V. prin avocat B.I., lipsă fiind petentul V.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul-asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3149/314/2010 al Tribunalului Suceava a fost soluționat.
