S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul D.P.I.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul, personal și avocat D.D., pentru intimatul BEJ P.C., lipsind intimatul D.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
