S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul P.O.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul, personal, lipsind intimații I.D., V.I., G.L., P.G., V.L., C.T.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V. Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2870/324/2012 al Tribunalului Galați, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la 25 aprilie 2014.
