S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 1271/285/2013* al Judecătoriei Rădăuți, formulată de petentul I.V.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații P.I.Ș., Comisia Orășenească pentru Stabilirea Dreptului de Proprietate asupra Terenurilor Cajvana, Comisia Județeană pentru Stabilirea Dreptului de Proprietate asupra Terenurilor Suceava, M.Ș.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare legal îndeplinită.
