S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 344/39/2013 al Curții de Apel Suceava, formulată de petenta B.V.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimata SC C.R. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată, petenta a depus la dosar concluzii scrise și că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor ECRIS, dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen de judecată acordat la 23 octombrie 2013.
