S-a luat în. examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 1495/296/2012 al Judecătoriei Satu Mare, formulată de petenta .D.L.

La apelul nominal au lipsit părțile, petenta D.L. și intimații P.A.P. și P.S.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legai îndeplinită
