S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta B.E.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta B.E., personal, lipsind intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Prahova.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
