S-a luat spre examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta E.S.C.M.

La apelul nominal se prezintă lipsesc petenta E.S.C.M., intimatele R.S.C.M., U.J.O.C.M. - U.J.C.M. Constanța.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost soluționat la data de 18 noiembrie 2011.
