S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul S.Ș.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul S.Ș. și intimații SC O.P. SA, Cabinet Av. - N.C., B.B.C. și S.D. și U.N.E.J. - Casa de asigurări a executorilor judecătorești.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 610/231/2012 al Judecătoriei Focșani, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 12 iunie 2012.
