S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul L.I.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul L.I. și intimații C.V.A.V. și L.L.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1479/285/2010 al Tribunalului Suceava, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 15 mai 2012.

Procurorul de ședință solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele prezentate verbal.
