S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta R.I.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta R.I. și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Olt.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3450/104/2011 al Curții de Apel Craiova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 20 iunie 2012.
