S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul O.N.

La apelul nominal au lipsit atât petentul cât și intimata SC M.C. SRL, prin administrator judiciar Ș.O.A.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea este legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 12666/288/2012 al Judecătoriei Râmnicu Vâlcea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 24 februarie 2014.
