S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta K.O.E.

La apelul nominal lipsesc atât petenta cât și intimații K.P.C.C., I.D., P.G. și S.C.P.E.J. – Ț.C.O. și B.O.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
