S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta F.C.L.

La apelul nominal a răspuns pentru petentă mandatarul F.P., lipsind intimații L.C. și F.E.A.

Ministerului Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că cererea de strămutare a fost comunicată intimaților; potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor - ECRIS, Dosarul nr. 13072/281/2010, ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare, se află pe rolul Tribunalului Prahova și a fost soluționat la data de 03 decembrie 2013.
