S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta V.C.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta V.C., personal și asistată de avocat B.F. lipsind intimatul V.C.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 17 februarie 2014.
