S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții M.A., M.I., M.S., M.R., M.B., M.M., O.A., O.A.A., O.F. și O.I., ultimii doi prin reprezentant legal O.A.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenții M.A., M.I., M.S., M.R., M.B., M.M., O.A., O.A.A,, O.F. și O.I., ultimii doi prin reprezentant legal O.A. și intimatul B.S.M.J.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.
